Achan chúpla bliain tugann an gailearaí cuireadh do thrí ealaíontóir ó dhisciplíní éagsúla úsáid a bhaint as spás an ghailearaí mar stiúideo ar feadh coicíse an duine. Beidh deis ag cuairteoirí chuig an ghailearaí labhairt leis na healaíontóirí faoin obair atá idir lámh acu. Bíonn an tóir ar an imeacht seo agus tugann sé seans ar dóigh don phobal na healaíontóirí a fheiceáil i mbun oibre.

Every couple of years An Gailearaí hosts three artists from a variety of disciplines to utilise the gallery space as a studio for two weeks each. Visitors to the gallery are encouraged to chat with these artists about their practices, their inspirations etc. It is a very popular gig with the public and a great opportunity to see what happens in their respective studios.
